This retreat is focused on intensive therapy work, there will be some group work, which is very useful and most people fear, but always find very helpful (I am leading, managing and the directing all the therapy work). There will be lots of individual work, with some mindfulness, meditation led sessions and many other activities to help aid the process and the journey of healing, letting go and moving on to be free so that you can live the life you want and become who you want to be. We will have specialist visiting therapists doing different activities to aid your process. The practitioners will all come to the Villa and so you will be relaxed and in total comfort. I will manage everything for you, so you are in total peace.
It`s specifically focused on your needs. It is very focused on therapy and change, together with relaxing and enjoying the weather and environment (which helps the process), this combination supports our work and helps you to integrate the change. We will also have some fun and this particular Villa is a 4 minute walk away from the beach, so we can do mindful walks in the sunrise and sunset etc.
The working schedule is full, I work with you all day, all week to achieve the results you want and reach your goals. You will have a little time off (Wednesday & Saturday afternoon) to explore if you desire, do excursions, or to just relax in the grounds, on the beach, or go shopping etc. The costs include: hire of the Villa, a chef, all the visiting therapists, snacks, water etc, all the equipment that we will use (art therapy, expression work, note pads, journaling, mindfulness books, pens, mats and cushions for meditation etc) are all included. The Villa also provides the washing towels, including swimming towels for us for the swimming pool and jacuzzi. All you need to bring are your clothes and personal things for washing, a beach towel is also a good idea etc.
