There is lots of information for beginners out there too. I encourage, keeping it short, simple and just start to watch the mind, not getting hooked in to the unhelpful thoughts that are popping up all of the time. Think about it like, music playing in the background and you don`t have to listen to everything. You can pause anywhere, it doesn`t need to be in a special place, or in total silence. You can follow apps like Headspace.
