Activities

We often go backwards and forwards with change and therapy, it can be frustrating, however it`s part of the process. Longer therapy sessions can help speed up this process, together with the process of being real with oneself.

If you would like to book some longer sessions with me - send me an email and we can assess and arrange. I use a mix of therapy and spirituality - coming from the Buddhist psychology. Awaking to your true potential, to who you were before the damage came.

People have asked me often - How do I do mindfulness in everyday life.

  • First set reminders (alarm, notes, flashcards, symbolisms, put your watch on the other hand-this acts as a constant reminder, as it takes time to create the muscle & habit

  • Focus on exactly what you want, be really clear with your goal - do you want to just pause, or more responding in the moment differently

  • Practice as much as you can at first to start the habit and strengthen the muscle

  • set it as a background on your phone to remind you every time you open up

  • Do it 20 times a day - every time you eat, drink, clean your teeth, walk, shower for example. This way it doesn`t take up any extra time and becomes a habit quickly.
