Developing confidence through healing from your past- living freely, fully and in total harmony with self

Special 4 person retreat - Therapist Sharon Mills

This retreat will be for 4 guests and with 1 therapist. We will also have the possibility for a visiting masseur. You will have 2/3 afternoons/evenings free and most of the Saturday.

This retreat will be a smooth mix of therapy, mindfulness and meditation. This mix together with relaxation and the sunny climate of Lanzarote will aid the therapeutic, healing and rebuilding process. This retreat is focused on waking up to our true nature, honouring ourselves as we are and moving from surviving to THRIVING. Let us shine and our true nature be free. Connecting to our authentic selves and living with grace, joyfulness and true contentment. Exploring issues from the past that stop us being fully present in the now. Then learning to be fully present without fear and self-doubt - facing our obstacles with courage and self-belief. This can be very liberating and freeing to the core, leaving you feeling alive, connected and energised. We will focus on building confidence and self-esteem, so that we are able to ride the waves of life and overcome the obstacles that show up in our lives. Learning to welcome in and not push away challenges, has the ability to transform your life and how you relate to it. We will touch on themes off opening up, healing, relaxing into the space between the stimuli and the reaction - so that we can pause and choose more freely our responses, to be in harmony with your deeper self. We will work through the fragmented parts of the self, the shadow and the hidden parts of us. We will play with vulnerability, learning to see it from new angles and not be threatened by fear, or our insecurities. There will be elements of art therapy, play therapy, mind and body connection, together with expressing the inner child and speaking our truth. Towards the end of the retreat we will help the transition from the retreat back into normal life, so that when you return home, you are clear about continuing the work and integrating it into your daily life.
