This is for people who have experienced any past negative events - maybe from childhood or throughout life. Some may have burnout, or you may have experienced a break up from a relationship, or recovering from illnesses, or general past issues. The retreat will be focused on healing, recovering, calming the nervous system and finding joy and peace in the now. We will use meditation, mindfulness and therapy combined to achieve the results and goals which you want. We cant separate the mind & body and when we work with them together, magic can happen, peace can be made. letting go and releasing can be challenging, but very rewarding when accomplished - it can set us free and give space for new.
